Almost ready to go 'live' with live edge.

After 6 months setting up the workshop and getting things together ready to unleash Bashed cabbage on the shopping public, we are now ready to go 'live' and deliver the first 'live edge' furniture items from the Cedar and Pine collection. The irony is, there is no cedar or pine to be seen in this project, just stunning blue gum, recycled from a bar top from a favourite local watering hole called Cedar and Pine bar.

There has been 10 years of good times had around this bar top and I'm proud to be able to give this timber a whole new life in several items including, coffee tables, book shelves, side tables and even wine racks. I expect to make 16 to 20 pieces from this spectacular timber, so a limited series indeed. Anyone wanting a little piece of the C and P experience, here's your chance.
