Custom designs and bespoke creations
My furniture is unique bespoke creations made specifically to the tastes of my clients. The focus is always on the artistic, unique aspect of the piece. I use the features of the timber to create the piece's own character, so mostly my creations finish with a natural edge. I recommend this, however, I do straight edge furniture (less fun, but still beautiful) .
As important of course are the strength and robustness of the piece. I want your great great grandchildren to enjoy it as much as you do.

When I'm not creating a piece for a particular client, I'm noodling away with my own designs, which are also for sale. So if you see something in the gallery you like, contact me for availabilty.

Even if it has already gone, I can always make something similar.

Check out my gallery. If it has a price on it, I still have it for sale. No price means it's a piece that I have previously made and it is in its new home.
How do we get from your idea to your home?
So how does it all come together?
Firstly, you've got something in mind, there's a void in the room that needs filling. You draw a few pictures get some photos off the net or a photo of something your best friend has. Work out rough dimensions and email them to me, call me or text if that works better.
Think about what sort of timber and finish you want.
I'll do a plan and a rough idea on price, this will vary due to type and availability of the timber.
Together, we will lock in a final design with a firm price and about how long it will take to complete. Up to this stage, this is completely obligation free.
Now you're keen, time for a deposit (20% will do it and I'll go shopping) .
I'll get started on your job. I will post progress photos on Bashed Cabbage Facebook page as well as text/email you progress details if you like.
When all is finished you can pay the balance when you pick up the new addition to your home.
